1. Director: ICT Systems Management and Business Intelligence (Ref No: 24/51/CT)
- Location: National Office, Pretoria
- Salary: R1,216,824 – R1,433,355 per annum (all-inclusive remuneration package)
Requirements:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Information Communication Technology (ICT) or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a middle or senior management position, with at least 3 years specifically in application/software development, database and reports development, application/software support, and maintenance.
- The Nyukela Certificate, which is a pre-entry qualification for senior management roles, must be obtained from the National School of Government.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, government-wide architecture frameworks, and various development technologies (e.g., .NET, HTML, XML, JSON, SOAP, CSS, JavaScript, REST web services).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data analysis and modeling, data warehousing, and application release management.
- Familiarity with ICT Policy Development, Planning, and Monitoring, as well as various ICT Project Management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Public Service Regulations, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and National Treasury Regulations.

- Oversee the development, maintenance, and functional support of business applications.
- Manage business intelligence services to enhance data-driven decision-making.

2. Administrative Support & Coordination Officer (Ref No: 24/69/MIN)

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Public Administration/Public Management at NQF Level 6.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role (Assistant Director level).
- Thorough knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, including political and parliamentary processes, financial management regulations, and cabinet frameworks.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking, financial management, project management, and team leadership.
- Ability to manage information, communications, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative activities within the office of the executive authority.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders concerning the executive authority’s portfolio.
- Oversee cabinet/executive council support services and ensure efficient resource management.
