As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Economist, you will be responsible for providing efficient, responsive administrative support, organizing, and coordinating various logistical arrangements. Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Plan and execute the Chief Economist’s daily work functions and deliverables.
- Manage the diary, including scheduling and keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
- Draft, edit, and review correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Prepare meeting packs and support materials for engagements.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and the Chief Economist.
2. Meeting Coordination

- Provide secretarial support, recording decisions and ensuring follow-ups.
- Arrange refreshments and manage logistics for meetings.
