Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric): Must have completed secondary education with a matric certificate.
- N6 Certificate (Management Assistant or Public Administration): Required qualification related to management assistant or public administration.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Administration Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading learners onto the EPWP system.
- Upload learner biographical details onto EPWP system: Inputting personal information of learners.
- Obtain all learner documentation from campuses: Gathering necessary documentation from college campuses.
- Receive databases from campuses to upload onto EPWP system: Managing and processing databases received from various campuses.
- Input business plan details: Entering details such as stipend information and other relevant data.
- Assist occupational unit with administrative functions: Supporting the occupational unit with administrative tasks as required.
