- Eligibility: Must have graduated in 2022 or 2023 with a degree in engineering (all disciplines).
- Academic Performance: Must have graduated with an average of 70% or more, indicating a high level of competence and knowledge in their field.
General Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen or hold permanent residency in South Africa.
- Age: Preferably between the ages of 21 and 30, to ensure a suitable fit within the developmental framework of the program.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant software and tools used in construction engineering, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other project management software.
