SASSA is looking for an Assistant Manager in Disability Management based in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing disability assessments and ensuring that clients receive the correct social grants. The minimum requirements for this position are a relevant Degree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA coupled with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Manager Customer Care Regional Office (Gauteng)
SASSA is also seeking a Manager for Customer Care in the Regional Office in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive quality customer service and that all customer care queries are resolved efficiently. The minimum requirements for this position are a Relevant Degree / National Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) coupled with 1-2 years of management experience in the relevant field.
Practitioner Provisioning and Maintenance (Gauteng)
SASSA is currently seeking a Practitioner in Provisioning and Maintenance in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering and management of service benefits and conditions and providing advice on policy pertaining to benefits and service conditions. The minimum requirements for this position are a relevant Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Administration (NQF Level 6 or 7) as recognized by SAQA coupled with 2- 3 years of experience in the Provisioning and Maintenance as well as Records Management functions.
Document Management Administrator (Gauteng)
SASSA is also looking for a Document Management Administrator in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all SASSA documents are correctly managed, filed, and stored. Candidates should hold Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and Computer literacy is essential.
Practitioner Communication and Marketing (Mpumalanga)
SASSA is seeking a Practitioner in Communication and Marketing to develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to promote the organization’s services. The minimum requirements for this position are a relevant Degree / National Diploma (NQF level 6 or 7) as recognized by SAQA coupled with 2 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
