      • Grade 2: Minimum 10 years recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse
      • Grade 3: Minimum 20 years recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse
      • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance or as a quality champion in the ward
    • Skills:
      • Knowledge of customer care service programs
      • Understanding of legislative framework applicable to Quality Assurance in public health

    • Management of Quality Assurance Services:
      • Coordinate Quality Assurance programs in the health facility

      • Facilitate implementation of NCS (RNS) & 6 Ministerial priorities including IHRM
      • Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)
      • Implement complaint management system and manage Patient Safety Incidents
    • Training and Communication:
      • Conduct training of employees on Quality Assurance matters
      • Compile and submit reports timely
      • Communicate with stakeholders, internal and external, on Quality Assurance matters
    • Additional Responsibilities:
      • Participate in clinical audit and clinical risk management
      • Perform other duties delegated by the supervisor
