    1. Campus Manager – Sibanesetfu Campus (Ref No: GSC48/2025)

    Salary: R632,205.00 per annum (PL5)
    Location: Sibanesetfu Campus

    The Campus Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the Sibanesetfu Campus. Applicants must possess a degree or diploma (NQF Level 6) along with at least seven years of teaching experience, including two years in a senior leadership role within the TVET sector. A valid driver’s license is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage curriculum implementation and ensure academic quality
    • Oversee student registration, financial aid, and HR functions
    • Monitor and manage campus budgets and resources
    • Lead strategic planning and operational management for the campus
    • Foster a conducive learning environment that promotes student success

    2. Assistant Director: Curriculum – Central Office (Ref No: GSC49/2025)

    Salary: R582,444.00 per annum (SL10)
    Location: Central Office

    The Assistant Director: Curriculum will be responsible for managing the college’s curriculum, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and overseeing academic support services. A degree or diploma (NQF Level 6) and at least three years of teaching and learning experience in the TVET sector are required.

    • Develop and manage curriculum frameworks
    • Ensure compliance with national policies and legislation
    • Oversee the implementation of blended learning practices

    The Senior Labour Relations Officer will be responsible for handling all labour relations processes, including grievance management, dispute resolution, collective bargaining, and misconduct cases. A degree or national diploma in Labour Relations or Human Resource Management is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience.

    • Coordinate internships and learnership programs
    • Oversee bursary applications and processing
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

    Salary: R325,101.00 per annum (SL7)
    Location: Ermelo Campus & Central Office

    The Bursary Officer will manage student bursary schemes and financial aid applications. A degree or national diploma in Financial Management and at least one year of experience in bursary management or financial services is required.

    • Oversee bursary fund management and reconciliation
    • Process student applications for financial aid
    • Coordinate disbursement of funds and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines

    6. Campus Administrator – Sibanesetfu Campus (Ref No: GSC54/2025)

    Location: Sibanesetfu Campus, Dundonald, and Perdekop

    The Campus Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative functions at the Sibanesetfu campus. This includes overseeing student registration, academic support services, and human resource management. A degree or diploma in Public Administration, with at least one year of administrative experience, is required.

    • Provide support to students and faculty in academic matters
