- Qualifications: Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
- Experience: Post-community service experience in obstetrics and gynaecology under the supervision of a registered specialist.
- Skills: Competence in adult and neonatal resuscitation, performing Caesarean sections, basic obstetric ultrasound certification, and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
- Other: Willingness to work commuted overtime and participate in Termination of Pregnancy services.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality patient care and family support.
- Supervise junior medical staff and offer informal teaching.
- Successfully complete the FCOG Part II exam and MMed (O&G) degree within five years.
