- A three-year recognized National Diploma/Degree in Public Management/Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7.

- Experience with SETAs, NAMB, and QCTO.

- Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate.

- Previous experience with the National Skills Fund is advantageous.

4. Administration Clerk: National Skills Fund (NSF) (SL5)

- Salary: R296,491 total remunerative package
- Duration: Three-year fixed-term contract (Council Appointment)
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate.
- A three-year recognized National Diploma/Degree in Public Management/Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7.
- Previous experience in NSF learning projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of public sector policies, PFMA, and treasury regulations.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure portfolio of evidence for learners is up-to-date.
- Process and safely store assessment reports.
- Consolidate monthly or scheduled reports.
- Administer project meetings and procure project requirements.
- Initiate and finalize claims, report on project finances.
- Assist in uploading learner results on SETA/QCTO database.
- Handle learner certification with ETQA.
- Arrange stakeholder meetings and manage NSF documents in line with Records Management System.
