Messenger Office Services Requirements:
- Possess a Grade 10 qualification.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Have seven to ten months of driving experience.

Messenger Office Services Duties:
- Provide efficient messenger services within the department.
- Collect and deliver mail to and from the Post Office and other postal/courier services.
- Sort and distribute mail and documents from various institutional components.
- Collect and deliver documentation and related items within the department or to other departments.
- Maintain a register of documentation received and delivered.
- Distribute internal, departmental, and national circulars as required.
- Ensure acknowledgment of receipt for parcels, mail, correspondence, and circulars delivered.
- Prepare packages and parcels for dispatch by courier or postal service.
- Assist with copying, shredding, and binding of documents as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the registry or department.
