    Fields available for learnerships include:

    • Mechanical Fitter
    • Instrument Mechanic
    • Electrician
    • Chemical Plant Operator
    • Boilermaker
    • Welder

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent with passes in:
      • Technical Mathematics/Mathematics SG/HG
      • English/Business English SG/HG
      • Technical/Physical Science SG/HG

    Core Elements:

    • Participate actively in the Learnership programme:
      • Attend and engage in all scheduled training sessions, both theoretical and practical.
      • Complete assigned projects and practical assignments to gain hands-on experience.
      • Seek feedback and continuously improve your skills.
    • Successfully complete the assessment process as required:
      • Prepare for and pass all required examinations and assessments.
      • Demonstrate competence in both practical and theoretical aspects of the trade.
    • Engage in all workplace readiness activities and exercises mandated by the programme:
      • Participate in workshops and activities designed to enhance employability skills.
      • Collaborate with peers and mentors to build a strong professional network.
      • Adhere to workplace safety standards and protocols.
