Role Purpose
The Payroll Specialist ensures accurate and timely payroll administration, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient management of employee remuneration and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee database systems.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and agreements.
- Manage payroll instructions for monthly payroll runs (appointments, terminations, etc.).
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to controls.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Generate reports and maintain payroll records for audits.
- Administer leave management in line with company policy.
- Liaise with service providers (e.g., SAGE) for system updates.
- Prepare and submit SARS reports on time.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Role Purpose
The Finance Clerk ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Accurately capture invoices for payments to suppliers and service providers.
- Match invoices against the orders database and send remittance advices.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
