Requirements
- Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Code EB Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office).
- 1-2 years of general knowledge in housing programmes.

Duties
- Facilitate Housing Consumer Education: Provide education and resources to housing consumers.
- Assist with Housing Administrative Functions: Support various administrative tasks related to housing.
- Update the Western Cape Human Settlements Database: Ensure the database is current and accurate.
- Maintain and Update the Housing Waiting List: Keep the housing waiting list up to date.
- Manage Title Deed Restoration Processes: Oversee the restoration of title deeds.
- Monitor and Report on Informal Settlements: Keep track of and report on informal settlements.
- Assist with Disaster Management Initiatives: Support disaster management efforts as needed.
Remuneration
- Salary Scale: T8 (R203,808.12 – R264,549.48) per annum.
