Eligibility and Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 Certificate
- Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation V3 Certification
- A+ and N+ Certifications (Advantageous)
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years working at an IT service desk, with a focus on troubleshooting and customer support.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of the following applications and frameworks:
- SAP ITSM
- Active Directory
- SharePoint 2010/2016
- Microsoft Operations Framework
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365, MS Teams, and OneDrive
- Working knowledge of the following applications and frameworks:
- Other Requirements:
- Own vehicle is essential for transportation.

As an IT Junior Support Engineer, you will be expected to:
