Oversee the preparation for Commission meetings, including compiling agendas, scrutinizing documents, and ensuring that minutes and decision registers are well-maintained. - Procurement and Logistics Management:
Coordinate the procurement of supplies and manage travel and accommodation arrangements for Commission members. - Communication and Document Handling:
Maintain effective control of all documentation related to Commission activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Interview Process and Selection
Shortlisted candidates will undergo pre-assessment and competency testing, following which only the most suitable candidates will be selected for the role. All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete Personnel Suitability Checks which include background checks on criminal, citizenship, financial, and asset records, as well as security clearance processes. Candidates are also subject to a twelve-month probation period.
