- Advanced computer skills for data capturing and computer operations
- Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures

Key Responsibilities
As a Registration Clerk, you will perform a variety of administrative duties to support Boland College’s registration processes. These include:
- Managing online and hardcopy applications for both National and International students.
- Verifying documentation on the Student Online Application System.
- Assisting campus management with monitoring the student online application workflow.
- Facilitating career exhibitions and supporting students during testing and placement into programs.
- Capturing and updating student enrolment data per Boland College’s QMS and DHET policies.
- Developing an efficient filing system to manage student files.
- Ensuring student information confidentiality and compliance with audit requirements.
- Rendering administrative support to ensure smooth processes.
