Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management
- Verifying the accuracy of costs on service provider invoices.
- Processing supplier invoices promptly while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Responding to billing queries from service providers.
- Account Reconciliation
- Adjusting balances in Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accounts.
- Reconciling supplier statements with open invoices in the system.
- Preparing monthly accrual reports and maintaining updated service provider records.
- Collaborative Tasks
- Aligning with transport controllers on required documentation for payment schedules.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders for seamless reporting and invoice processing.
- Intercompany and Audit Support
- Executing intercompany transactions and balancing corresponding accounts.
- Assisting supervisors with cost reports for audit reviews.
- Supporting the preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Process Improvement and Risk Management
- Recommending improvements to work processes for better efficiency and cost control.
- Implementing Sasol’s risk management framework to ensure safe operations.
Educational and Experience Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- A School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- At least three years of relevant working experience in invoice processing or a related field.
