Role and Responsibilities
The Assistant Officer Stock Control will be responsible for overseeing and managing stock control activities within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, controlling, and verifying internal daily stock control activities to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Controlling and coordinating SAP system cycle counts and independent count authentication activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervising and managing administrative tasks and internal control procedures related to inventory management.
- Verifying the scrapping and redundant stock process, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Finance at NQF level 6 with 240 credits.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, specifically in stock control and inventory management.
