Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role, you need:
- A National Senior Certificate and a National Higher Certificate/Diploma (NQF Level 5).

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Community Development Worker, you will:
- Disseminate government information to community members quickly and fairly.

- Assist communities in understanding government programmes and submitting Integrated Development Plans (IDPs).
- Collaborate with community-based organisations and other government workers.

- Assist communities with HIV/AIDS awareness and educational programmes.
- Advocate on behalf of communities to government, NGOs, and private donors.
