Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following specific tasks:
- Supervising and overseeing daily operations of Civic Services functions within Mobile Offices, including Identity Document, Birth, Marriage, and Death (BMD) as well as Passport application processes.
- Monitoring operations across different service points.
- Managing client queues efficiently and overseeing daily office operations.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and inspection of the Mobile Office for service readiness.
- Conducting daily trips and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain optimal safety conditions of the Mobile Unit.
- Implementing effective risk management and compliance practices.
- Facilitating client service provision at various service points.
- Operating specialized equipment in both front and back-office settings as required.
- Driving the mobile unit to designated service points and setting up at scheduled locations punctually.
- Assisting clients, including disabled individuals, to embark and disembark from the mobile units as needed.
- Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhering to relevant Civic Services frameworks.
- Supervising human and physical resources within the unit to ensure efficient operations.
