- Key Duties:
- Facilitate organisational structure development and implementation.
- Manage job evaluation services and job grading.
- Develop job descriptions and business processes.
- Conduct complex work study investigations and make recommendations to improve service delivery.
2. Assistant Director: Conditions of Services

- Develop internal controls and policies on service conditions and benefits.
- Support service benefits and provide training on policy developments.

3. Assistant Director: Acquisition Management

- Manage financial management systems and ensure compliance with relevant financial prescripts.
