Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities
As a Driver in Civil Maintenance, your role is both dynamic and crucial to the smooth functioning of ACSA’s operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks designed to keep maintenance equipment in top shape and ensure daily operations run without interruptions. Key duties include:
- Daily Inspections: Conduct routine checks on all department vehicles and equipment to guarantee they’re roadworthy, serviced, and operational. This includes refueling at scheduled intervals.
- Equipment Storage and Cleaning: Ensure maintenance equipment is safely stored, and all vehicles, machinery, and workstations are regularly cleaned to maintain hygiene and readiness.
- Operational Support: Drive various department vehicles, including tractors, refuse removal trucks, and runway sweeping machines, to support airport operations.
- Maintenance Activities: Assist with additional maintenance tasks as directed by the Surface Maintenance Department Head.
- Incident Reporting: Report any accidents, incidents, or cases of non-compliance involving department vehicles.

Requirements
