Food Services Aid Job Requirements
- Qualification: NQF level 1 to 4 qualification.
- Experience: Exposure in refreshment preparation, etiquette, hygiene, and serving.
Key Duties
- Refreshment Services: Serve refreshments to official visitors and cater for meetings held at DPE professionally.
- Stock Management: Secure refreshment stock for meetings and alert the supervisor to replenish items.
- Boardroom Management: Tidy boardroom cutlery, alert supervisor for procurement of new items, and ensure regular serving of water.
- Bookings System: Manage the boardroom bookings system and assist with logistical arrangements for meetings.
- Document Services: Assist with document reproduction and facsimile services.
