1. Director: Security Management and Logistical Services (Ref No: REFS/021979)
- Branch: Corporate Services
- Centre: Head Office, Johannesburg
- Salary: R1,216,824 – R1,433,355 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7).
- At least five years of experience in middle or senior management.
- Registration with PSIRA (Grade A or B).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pre-entry certificate for SMS.
- Advantage: Experience in the State Security Agency.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS), risk management, and public sector policies.
- Strong strategic leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental security policies.
- Manage physical and information security systems.
- Conduct security appraisals, vetting, and training.
- Oversee auxiliary and logistical services such as registry, courier, and cleaning operations.

Requirements:
- NQF level 2 (Grade 10 certificate or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate specialized equipment.
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Clean and lubricate machinery.
- Transport work teams and materials.
- Conduct minor vehicle repairs and safety checks.

Requirements:
- NQF level 2 (Grade 10 certificate or equivalent).
- Five years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license (Code EC) and operating certificate.
- Strong communication and equipment operation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery such as graders and trucks.
- Maintain equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs.
