Minimum Requirements:
- A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer literacy is essential.
- Added Advantage: Possession of a valid driver’s license and/or prior administrative or clerical experience will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties that support the administration of social grants at the local office level, including:
- Efficiently screening all grant applications to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Capturing applications on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional customer care to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Processing other grant documentation and performing additional administrative functions as required.
- Conducting quality control checks on all grant applications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Chapter 6, Part.
