1. Legal Secretarial Administration
- Prepare necessary court statements and forms required by attorneys in court.
- Transcribe audio files and written notes from attorneys.

- Handle the collection and delivery of legal documents.

2. Standard Process and Procedure Maintenance
- Ensure that all tasks align with RAF’s internal standards and contribute to achieving business goals.
- Provide support to the strategy and reporting office, ensuring that all activities comply with RAF policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update written documentation and policies related to legal and business operations.
3. Office Management
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, answering telephonic queries, and filing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters within the office.
- Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure they are resolved within set timelines.
- Ensure that office supplies, such as stationery, are available at all times.
4. Meeting and Diary Management
- Arrange meetings on behalf of the Legal Services department and distribute minutes according to governance standards.
- Ensure that meeting resolutions are followed up and that action items are completed.
- Manage diaries for internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appointments as needed.
5. Document Control
- Maintain an up-to-date and functional filing system for the Legal Services department.
- Ensure that information is readily retrievable as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive documents and ensure they reach the intended recipients.
- Acknowledge receipt of documentation, allocate file numbers, record data, and file documents appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, applicants should have the following:
- A National Diploma in Business Administration or a Law-related qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business or legal administration environment.
