1. Manager Stakeholder Relations and Communications (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R1 050 395,77 TCTC per annum

- Responsibilities:
- Manage the MDDA’s brand profile internally and externally.
- Execute focused communication activities and manage stakeholder relations.
- Enhance the agency’s image and advocate for its mandate and objectives.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in communications and stakeholder relationship management.
2. Legal Officer (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R590 597,76 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Manager Legal and Risk
- Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.
- Offer legal advice and opinions, conduct workshops, draft guidelines, and perform legal research.
- Support contract drafting and internal business units.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 in Law (LLB).
- 3-4 years of experience in the legal field with 2 years as an attorney or advocate.
- Knowledge of legislation related to the industry (e.g., PFMA, ECA, MDDA Act, PAJA, PAIA, POPIA).
3. Technical Broadcast Specialist (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R676 211,10 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Broadcast Project Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of MDDA-funded studios.
- Ensure compliance with MDDA specifications and asset registration.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 Qualification in Broadcast Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and administration of broadcast production systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical production.
4. Project Officer: Print (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R438 052,16 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Project Manager: Print and Digital
- Responsibilities:
- Evaluate grant funding proposals in line with the MDDA Act.
- Manage and oversee funded projects.
- Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma NQF6 in Social Sciences, Development, Media, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience in project management, grant funding, community development, or media.
5. Manager ICT (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R1 050 395,77 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Executive Manager: Corporate Services
- Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support and lead ICT projects.
- Ensure the stability and efficiency of MDDA’s ICT infrastructure.
- Mentor and coach junior staff.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 Qualification in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 10 years of ICT experience with 5 years in management.
- Knowledge in hardware, software, infrastructure, network, and systems.
6. Administrative Assistant (3-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R137 450,92 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Assistant Company Secretary
- Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the MDDA and its Board.
- Handle secretarial work, reception duties, meeting management, and document administration.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 4 (Grade 12).
- 2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
7. Executive Manager Sector Development, Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Research (5-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
- Salary: R1 376 684,56 TCTC per annum

- Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
- Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning processes and performance policies.
- Develop and implement capacity-building programs and partnerships.
- Promote public awareness and advocacy for community media.
- Ensure accurate performance information collection and reporting.
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Social Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy performance monitoring, research programs, and capacity building.
- 5 years of management experience with 3 years at a senior level.
