Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Additional Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be bilingual.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority.
- Personal Traits: Self-disciplined, hard-working, and able to follow and execute instructions efficiently.
- Residency: Preference given to applicants residing within the Midvaal area.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Queries Management: Handle all internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints.
- Task Execution: Ensure all delegated tasks by the supervisor are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform general admin duties for Engineering & Community Services, including fast and accurate typing.
- Leave Administration: Capture and manage monthly EPWP leaves.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks as required by management from time to time.
