    1. Position: Artisan: Signs and Markings

    • Department: Infrastructure & Engineering
    • Location: Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, Port Elizabeth

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Experience in a municipal financial environment.

    • Extensive knowledge of Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, and related legislation.
    • Familiarity with Municipal Accounting Practices and Systems (e.g., General Ledger, Costing, Financial Management Tools).
    • Supervisory experience and a valid Code EB driver’s license.
    • Good communication skills in English and at least one other official local language.
    • Completion of Unit Standards as per Government Gazette 29967 and National Treasury Circular 60 is recommended.
