- Attend to clients and handle telephonic and other enquiries received.

- Receive, sort, register, and dispatch mail.

- Open and close files according to the record classification system.
- File, store, trace (electronically/manually), and retrieve documents and files.
- Complete index cards for all files.
- Manage machines related to the registry function.
- Open and maintain the franking machine register.
- Perform electronic scanning of files.
- Sort and package files for archives and distribution.
