Job Requirements:
- Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in general HR duties.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
- Moderate knowledge of Human Resources Information (HRI) Systems.
- Understanding of South African Labour Legislation.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection Support: Assist in administrative tasks during the recruitment and selection processes.
- Performance Management System: Provide administrative support in the implementation of the performance management system.
- Secretarial Services: Serve as a secretary for HR Committees, including organizing meetings and taking minutes.
- Training and Development: Support the implementation of training and development programs for employees.
- Workforce Administration: Administer workforce profiles following staff movements within the organization.
- Exit Processes: Manage the administrative aspects of employee exit processes.
- HR Correspondence and Invoices: Maintain the HR correspondence register and process invoices for HR service providers.
- Records Management: Ensure proper filing of HR records both physically and electronically.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other delegated duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
