    Job Description

    In this role, you will be tasked with providing vital secretarial and administrative support services to the manager and the section. As a Secretary, you will play a key part in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, by managing schedules, handling communications, and processing important data from the internal systems. You will be a one-stop service point for clients and employees alike.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    Educational Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Certificate in Secretarial/Administration or Human Sciences at NQF Level 4, with 120 Credits

    Experience:

    • At least 1 year of secretarial or administrative experience

    These qualifications and experience will ensure that you are well-prepared to handle the responsibilities of this role effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    The main duties and responsibilities of the position include:

    • Secretarial and Administrative Support: You will be responsible for assisting the manager and the team by handling various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
    • Customer and Client Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering administrative support.
    • General Office Administration: This will involve handling day-to-day office functions, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the department.
    • Data Processing: You will be expected to process data from information systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of records.
