1. Assistant Director: Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Reference Number: 04/08/24-SCM
- Nature of Employment: Three-year fixed-term contract
- Salary: R444,036.00 per annum (Level 09) plus benefits
- Centre: Central Office, Mafikeng
Requirements:
- A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or an Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Internal Audit.
- A valid driver’s license.
- 4 years of experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role within a Supply Chain Management environment.
- Knowledge of public service transformation, financial management, public regulations, and Batho Pele Principles.
Skills:
- Financial and administration management, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and project management.
- Leadership, team management, budgeting, and financial planning.
Key Duties:
- Manage the procurement and demand for goods and services within the College.
- Oversee logistics, asset management, and compliance with contract administration.
- Handle resource management within the SCM section.
2. Job Opportunities: Senior State Accountant (x2)

- Nature of Employment: Three-year fixed-term contract
- Salary: R376,413.00 per annum (Level 08) plus benefits

Requirements:
- A National Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Financial Management (NQF Level 6) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial management.
- Knowledge of financial practices, data capturing, accounting principles, and familiarity with Public Service financial regulations (PFMA, PPPFA).
Skills:
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, financial analysis, and the ability to perform routine tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication, numeracy, and office equipment operation skills.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the College’s budgeting process.
- Analyze expenditure, perform budgetary analysis, and ensure compliance with Treasury requirements.
- Supervise human, physical, and financial resources.
3. Job Opportunities: State Accountant (x4)
- Reference Number: 06/08/24-SA
- Nature of Employment: Three-year fixed-term contract
- Salary: R308,154.00 per annum (Level 07) plus benefits
- Centre: Central Office, Mafikeng
Requirements:
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Financial Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial management.
- Understanding of financial functions and Treasury Regulations.
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic financial systems, planning, organizing, and strong communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Manage salary administration, payments, cash handling, and bookkeeping.
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of financial documents and reconcile financial registers.
4. Job Opportunities: Finance Clerk (x2)

Requirements:
- A Grade 12, Diploma, or Degree in Finance or Financial Management.
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations.
Skills:
- Financial management, conflict resolution, report writing, and communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Processing payments, revenue collection, managing banking processes, and financial record-keeping.
- Liaise with both internal and external clients regarding financial matters.
