Key Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 3–5 years in human resource management.
- Knowledge Areas:
- Public Service Policy Frameworks
- Public Service Act and Regulations
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Labour Relations Act
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- PERSAL System proficiency
- Skills:
- Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Administration of Employee Conditions: Handle processes such as leave administration, housing allowances, and leave inquiries.
- Recruitment Support: Act as an HR representative during recruitment and selection processes.
- PERSAL System: Capture and manage transactions on the PERSAL system.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll records and distribute monthly reports to the finance department.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes and personnel skill development plans.
- Policy Implementation: Provide guidance on HRM-related policies and ensure adherence.
- Inquiry Management: Address internal and external inquiries efficiently.
