Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus three years of relevant experience; OR
- A three-year degree or equivalent with two years of relevant experience.
- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Understanding of library delivery methods and channels.
- Ability to identify sources for information resources.
- Basic technical knowledge of using equipment such as PCs, photocopiers, and printers.
- Proficiency in using library systems for basic searches.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Strong service orientation with a focus on student and client needs.
- High levels of honesty, integrity, and respect for colleagues and clients.
