The salary range for these positions is R216,417.00 – R254,928.00 per annum, excluding benefits.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- Skills: Computer literacy is essential.

- A valid driver’s license.
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Grants Administrator, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with the administration of social grants at the local office level.
- Screening all grant applications to ensure compliance.
- Capturing grant applications on the SASSA system.
- Providing excellent customer care to grant applicants.
- Processing and managing grant documentation.
- Performing other grant-related administrative functions.
- Ensuring quality control of applications.
- Adhering to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
