Minimum Requirements:
To apply for the Legal Officer position, candidates need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or B Proc.
- A minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
Added Advantage:
Applicants with the following will have an advantage:
- Experience as a public prosecutor or pro-forma prosecutor in statutory councils or quasi-judicial tribunals.
Other Requirements:

Required Knowledge:
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of:
- Nursing-related legislation, including the Nursing Act.
- SANC regulations.
- National Health Act, Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, and other relevant health legislation.
- Prosecution processes and the law of evidence.

Key Responsibilities:
The Legal Officer will perform the following tasks:
- Develop and implement the Annual Performance Plan, Operational Plan, and departmental strategy.

- Lead prosecutions at Professional Conduct Hearings.
- Develop hearing agendas, prepare evidence bundles, and consult with witnesses.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the Graphic Designer position, candidates must have:
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in graphic and multimedia design within a corporate organization, public sector, or state-owned entity.
Added Advantage:
Applicants will stand out with the following:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Graphic or Multimedia Design.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the graphic design field within a corporate or public sector setting.
Required Knowledge:
The Graphic Designer must have:
- Proficiency in online design, including emails, websites, and electronic newsletters.
- Expertise in multimedia design such as videos, screensavers, and web content.
- Knowledge of Annual Report design and the use of relevant software (e.g., Adobe Design, Illustrator).

- Ensure all artwork meets quality standards and printer specifications.
- Work on multimedia initiatives and event-related designs.
