Job Summary
As a Store Assistant at Rand Water, your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and issuing inventory items.
- Capturing all documentation manually and on SAP ERP systems.
- Ensuring correct cost allocation for inventory issues.
- Conducting periodic and ad-hoc stock takes.
- Maintaining inventory organization and storage.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP ERP systems (inventory management software).
- Knowledge of safety and material handling procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
- K53 Driver’s license (valid and up to date).
- Forklift and Overhead Crane operation certification (Active or expired competency certificates will be considered).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Stores Assistant at Rand Water, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Inventory Management
- Receiving and issuing of stock items.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records (manual and SAP ERP).
- Conducting stock takes periodically and as required.
- Stock Organization
- Stacking and organizing inventory efficiently.

- Administration & Reporting
